Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you the customer, have booked to attend Believe Christmas it means that we have reserved your place and time in our event exclusively for you and your family and prevented the possibility of another family attending the event on that date and time.

In order to prevent this any cancellations must be before 14 days of your booking date to allow us time to re-sell your ticket or the fee is non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule then we will be more than happy to re-arrange your date or time but cannot guarantee a date of your convenience, however, will make every effort to do so.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at hohoho@believe-uk.com

Another alternative would be for you the customer, to re-sell the tickets or to pass them on to another family, for which we would be happy to change the details on the booking.

If we are unable to meet your requests, please notify us and we will be in touch in the New Year. We cannot offer refunds for non-attendance but can discuss the possibility of a further event in the future.
